Onboarding checklist

- Email Scott Stacy to request program acceptance and the landing-page setup form
- Complete and submit the landing-page form; send Brett Stacy your biography and professional headshot
- Ask your Branch Manager to submit a PAF for the 50-basis-point compensation plan
- Arrange Hometown Hero Credit pricing assistance through AFS; Branch 670 access requests must come from a Branch Manager or above
- Resolve AFS submission and coordination questions before sharing your landing page

Ordering instructions
- Request or download your approved personalized yard-sign template.
- Check the name, phone number, required disclosures, and QR code before ordering.
- Open the Amazon vendor link provided below.
- Select the sign size and options that match the supplied template.
- Upload your print-ready artwork using the vendor’s customization process.
- Review the proof or preview carefully, including cropping and readability.
- Choose your quantity, enter your shipping information, and pay the vendor directly.
- When the signs arrive, check the printing and test the QR code before distributing them.
Signs cost approximately $6.00 each. Confirm current pricing, shipping, taxes, and any additional charges with the vendor before ordering. Each loan officer is responsible for ordering and paying for their own signs.

A loan officer MUST have an active individual landing page on HometownHeroCredit.com before a yard sign can be created. The sign’s QR code will direct potential borrowers to that individual landing page. The request form is prepared, but delivery will be activated after the recipient email is confirmed.

PRMG will credit the buyer an amount equal to 2% of the VA loan amount up to ($21,000) towards the buyer’s closing costs or interest rate buy downs. The request recipient and delivery process still need confirmation.
